SKATE & DESTROY...THEN REBUILD?

As a skateboarder, I know how hard it is to say goodbye to an old skate deck. Most of us can't, so they end up getting stacked to the side somewhere. Harvest by haroshi is making use of these old skate decks and a collective of their work is currently displayed at the PLSMIS Gallery in Tokyo. Haze fans on the West Coast will get a chance to see over 30 framed pieces from the Haze x Stussy Spring/Summer 2010 collection starting February 26 at the Known Gallery on Fairfax. The exhibit will be open to the public all weekend.
